**Get to Know the Role**:
The Regional Commercial Excellence Associate is a strategic role that provides comprehensive operational support across all commercial functions with the objective to improve sales performance, drive operational efficiencies and equip the commercial teams with the best set of capabilities.
We are looking for a PMO to help us drive continuous improvement of sales processes, sales capabilities and sales support by leveraging the right tools, data and systems to improve the effectiveness of our interactions with our partners.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
- Drive the adoption of our CRM tool and maximise its value to improve the team’s productivity
- Drive data-driven and customer-focused initiatives to optimize account management performance
- Embed automated data solutions to simplify daily operations, track performance, and provide competitive benchmarking analysis
- Manage the smooth implementation of new tools and processes to support commercial teams
- Engage in consultation with relevant stakeholders on issues associated with the success of customer experience projects and recommended improvements
- Identify and coordinate sales enablement trainings to support the development of the skills and competence of the team
**What you bring**:
- 3-5 years+ of work experience with relevant experience in B2B sales enablement or sales operations roles building high performing commercial teams
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience with program management within business development, partnerships or sales teams

- Strong interpersonal skills. You know how to build trust and work with internal and external stakeholders from various cross-functional teams (business, product, operations, engineering, finance, legal) in order to achieve your goals.
- Problem solver. You are able to assess the problem, come up with solutions, and execute to resolve the situation in a timely manner
- Growth mindset. You are hungry to learn and are comfortable in environments that change quickly and are uncertain.
- Effective communicator. You are able to concise and articulate in any medium, you are able to convert a large and complex set of information into clear and structured messages
- Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment required to do what is right at every moment
**Bonus points**:
- Experience in MS PowerBI, Excel modeling, Tableau
- Experience in e-commerce/marketplaces
