- Support SCI’s BD organization
- CRM Champion around accounts, analytics, data & opportunities. Provide trainings to the relevant teams on CRM utilization and optimization
- Drive forecast accuracy by ensuring data compliance in CRM
- Daily troubleshooting for users and business owners in CRM
- Report creation for analytics, data quality, and ad hoc queries
- Analyse sales process pain points, and work with leadership to develop long-term solutions
- Assist in the creation and roll-out of strategic programs to drive efficiency for our BD team, including requirements gathering, functionality research, planning, and implementation support as required on Ecommerce markets and categories
- Drive opportunity data management controls, processes, and data quality
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and growth
- Support annual business planning process related to Ecommerce market planning
- Work across functions of Operations, Marketing, BD, and Finance in support of all the processes, projects and activities that impact BD process optimization
- Build and maintain SOPs and key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and requirements
- Monitor SOP adoption and data compliance and governance
**Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a global sales or sales operations environment in Ecommerce or Internet industries
- Prior experience supporting teams located regionally and/or globally, highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in CRM management
- Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completion
- Advanced MS Excel, PPT, and Word skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
