With a technical research and development team of over 20 members, including several overseas senior experts, the company has applied for and obtained multiple national patents. These technological capabilities ensure that the BernaTianChun brand can fulfill its brand mission: to create safe, healthy, and higher quality products for pets worldwide. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the daily operations and management of the Singapore company, as well as the establishment of the Southeast Asia operations team. - Develop the offline pet market in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, find suitable distributors, and drive sales performance. - Establish independent e-commerce websites for Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and drive online operations and sales. - Develop annual and monthly marketing strategies and plans for the above five markets to support sales targets. - Supervise and manage the operations and sales of the New Zealand subsidiary, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial matters. Job Requirements: - Educational background: Graduated from one of the top 2 ranked schools in Singapore or an Ivy League university in the United States, with a postgraduate degree or above. - Language skills: Fluent English proficiency and understanding of languages spoken in Southeast Asia. - Relevant management experience in the pet food industry. - At least 10 years experiences in relevant industry.
