Singapore METRO RAIL ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Quality Engineer, responsible in his working area for:

- Established the Quality Management System (QMS) for individual projects, carrying out Gap Analysis by reviewing the organizational Integrated Management System (IMS) against the project requirements, identifying the gaps and developing supplementary procedures to fill these gaps
- Monitor the project activities according to the phase of the project to esure compliance to project Quality requirements
- Act as Quality Lead for multiple tenders, planning the activities for each bid, estimating the required resources & effort & producing the Quality deliverables for submission
- Planned & conduct audits on suppliers to qualify them & developed them to meet organizational standards; Also planned & conduct internal project audits to ensure compliance to organizational SOPs & identify areas for improvement
- Continuously reviewed the processes to identify bottlenecks & implement solutions
- Carry out Project Milestone reviews to ensure completion of one phase of a project prior to moving to the next
- Regularly report the status of the project Quality metrics to the management
- Developed & established the Project Quality Plans (PQP) and provide the input for Quality Assurance & Control in other document submissions (i.e. Project Management Plans, Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans, Test Procedures, Material Specifications, etc.)
- To ensure that the QA/QC procedures are implemented according to the ISO requirements
- To Track the Non Compliance record NCR
- To key and follow-up punch list items clearance
- Participate in hand over and take-over of the stations and equipment’s
- The implementation and update of the “Inventory Control and Storage Management System”Quality Engineer, responsible in his working area for:
