Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Manager to lead and oversee all project quality assurance activities, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards, industry codes, and management system procedures. This role requires strong leadership in managing non-conformances, corrective actions, audits, and supplier/subcontractor evaluations to uphold project integrity and excellence. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full scope of project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities. Liaise with the Owner's quality representatives and stakeholders on all quality matters. Support the Project Manager and functional managers in developing project-specific quality plans and procedures. Identify and rectify deficiencies in management system processes and ensure proper implementation. Work with Procurement/Contract Managers to evaluate subcontractor and supplier quality management systems. Manage and maintain Non-Conformance and Corrective Action registers/databases, ensuring investigations and corrective actions are properly implemented. Assign qualified and experienced personnel to auditing activities. Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions when required. Plan, arrange, and conduct audits and surveillance visits at project sites, subcontractor, and supplier facilities. Requirements Minimum Degree holder in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, or communication projects. At least 5 years in a leadership capacity , overseeing QA/QC activities at a project level. Hands-on experience in establishing and implementing QA/QC systems, processes, and procedures for large-scale EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning) projects. QMS Lead Auditor certification (or equivalent) , with strong knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices. Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills with proven ability to drive compliance and quality improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
