**E-commerce Operations Executive**:

As we continue to expand and optimize our operations, we are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Oversee end-to-end fulfilment process of E-commerce orders (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Foodpanda, Grab.) Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize route planning for delivery riders/drivers for maximum delivery efficiency.
- General warehouse duties, inventory management, booking in stocks, inventory transfers.
- Proactively addressing operational challenges and resolving issues to ensure smooth and seamless customer experiences.
- Manage inventory levels for quick-commerce platforms, ensuring mínimal overselling.
- Manage, add, edit products on major E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in E-commerce operations, preferably.
- Proven expertise in order fulfilment, logistics planning, and inventory management.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with alcohol brands or passion for alcohol trade is a plus.
