Singapore MAMABOX CORPORATION PTE. LTD. Full time

Key Responsibilities:
1) SME Account Management
- Identify new SME Seller leads to engage SME Sellers on the opportunities of selling their products with Mamabox E-commerce Platforms.
- Review and monitor performance of our SME partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business, including strategize their promotional plans
- Develop and execute campaign promotional planning, pricing strategies, budgeting and ensure compliance in the execution
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of SME Partners. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity
- Support E-commerce Manager in driving change, removing roadblocks and increasing participation with respect to the Mamabox Total Commerce Solutions

2) E-commerce & Social Commerce Operation
- Plan promotion mechanics every month and for every campaigns. And ensure proper set up of operations in all Mamabox e-Commerce platforms.
- Managing and hosting livestreaming events to promote products and drive sales on social commerce platforms.
- Responsible for customer inquiries on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepare reports based on key business metrics, including online promotion campaigns, and other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce sales or e-commerce business development role with a proven track record would be ideal
- Effective communicator, able to achieve internal alignment and handle communications with external partners
- Creative, organized, solutions-oriented, expert multi-tasker, self-motivated, and thrives in high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal Fluency in English & Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work on short deadlines
- Able to start with short notice
