**Job Title**:E-commerce Executive
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and market share growth
- Manage and optimize our B2B e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers
- Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of e-commerce marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure the alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development and execution of e-commerce roadmap
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university
- Internship / work experience in a paper international trading company specifically in development of e-commerce sales and marketing platform
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work across timezones
- Ability to travel and work from our IT office in Bengaluru, India from time to time.
