E-commerce Executive

You will get the opportunity to work in a cross-functional team consisting of developers, operations, marketing, data analysts and merchandising. In particular, you will: - Manage the company's E-Commerce sales channels on 3rd party marketplaces - Set up and manage all contents and promotional campaigns on 3rd party marketplaces (shop-in-shop design, product listing, promotional content, T&C) and ensure contents are aligned with brands' marketing guidelines, promotion plans and calendar - Work with Merchandising team on assortment and stock planning - Customer service-related work including attending to customer general enquiries - Work closely with Supply Chain & Ops to ensure a smooth order fulfilment and post-sales customer service - Analyze sales performance and key e-commerce metrics and explore opportunities to grow the 3rd party marketplace both existing and new channel - Generate the necessary reports to internal and external stakeholders on the agreed timeline - Any other duties as assigned by the management **We believe that you will be a great fit for this role if you**: - Hold a degree in related fields - Have >2 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably e-commerce marketplace - Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace daily operations, seller centre, seller metrics and key e-commerce metrics - Experience in stakeholder management both internal & external - Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt) - Interest in fashion trends and products - Ability or experience in hosting live-streaming sessions will be a plus - Basic proficiency in photo/video editing (Adobe) will be a plus - Able to work well independently as well as in a team and willing to learn/grow with the company - Possess initiative, problem-solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills - **About E-Concierge**_ E-concierge is a start-up subsidiary under Changi Airport Group established in 2017, dedicated to bringing unique, quality goods to the Southeast Asian markets through our omnichannel solution.
