We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry. _

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Answering product and service questions
- process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and efficient service to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior working experience in a call center environment is welcomed.

**Additional Info**:

- Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan)
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am - 2pm
- Salary $2500 -$2800
