**Key Responsibilities**
- Presales for Telecom IT BSS/ OSS - deliver technical presentations and offer documentation to telecom clients.
- Comprehend and examine client requirements to devise solutions that align with their goals.
- Generate proposals, business case evaluations, work agreements, and other pertinent documents during bidding processes.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders within the company to stimulate industry channel business growth.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, while sticking to the company's sales engagement guidelines.
- Supply pipeline and sales projections reports on a weekly basis.
- Convey product features and advantages in simple technical language during demonstrations.
- Offer support to customers post-sale when required.
- Showcase and elaborate on products during sales meetings, product seminars, and trade fairs.
- Update order and sales information and negotiate optimal contract terms.
- Handle sales collections.
- Sustain robust relationships with current clients and broaden sales areas by engaging new clients.
- Facilitate discussions and communicate with the production team on issues and efficient solutions.

- At least a Degree in Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the telecom industry and vendor sales.
- Experience working closely with sales, marketing, client services, executive management, operation teams, and product management.
- Knowledge of Telecom BSS and OSS and cloud-based solutions design for vertical industries like e-commerce, finance, resorts, etc.
- Able to travel as and when needed.
