**KEY ACCOUNTABILITES**
- Collaborate with Equity Investment Teams and the Central Sustainability Team to deepen ESG integration in the investment process. This will involve:

- Performing quality research on ESG issues affecting fundamental stock valuations;
- Assisting with Portfolio ESG-materiality analysis, resulting in identification of major ESG risk and opportunities on key strategies and holdings;
- Assisting with research for and execution of regular ESG capability building sessions on portfolio-relevant ESG issues;
- Assisting with effective on-going monitoring and engagement on ESG issues, including the design of rules-based thresholds and quantifiable milestones;
- Assisting with the development of ESG investment products;
- Assisting with ESG performance tracking and analysis.

**Key skill sets required will include**:

- Familiarity with ESG market trends and regulations, including familiarity with key ESG risk and opportunities in cyclical and non-cyclical sectors;
- Familiarity with ESG data as well as Sustainability and ESG industry standards;
- Familiarity with Excel-based data analysis;
- Familiarity with financial and/or valuation models will be advantageous;
- Ability to undertake quality research into ESG issues and trends;
- Sound grasp of business and/or scientific writing which will be required to draft White Papers or Thought Pieces that highlight ESG incorporation into the investment process;
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- , especially where it pertains to bridging issues across the sustainability and investment fields.
