We are looking for an ESG professional with passion and practical working knowledge of key international Environmental, Social and Human Rights standards. We require someone who naturally operates collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure robust ESG due diligence is undertaken and implementation is monitored.

**Responsibilities**

**ESG Approach and Frameworks**
- Develop and enhance Openspace's ESG frameworks, policies, and strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and alignment with business objectives.Implement ESG strategies and programs across Openspace and portfolio companies, addressing pre
- and post-investment needs.

**ESG Implementation**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed ESG compliance across the investment process.Engage portfolio companies to assess and manage ESG risks, reduce environmentalimpacts, and drive sustainable practices.

**ESG Data Management and Reporting**
- Gather, process, and analyse ESG data to produce timely and accurate reports, including the annual Sustainability Report, LP updates, and diligence questionnaires.Identify trends and opportunities through ESG data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

**Stakeholder Engagement and Communication**

Act as the primary liaison for ESG-related concerns, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, LPs, and other interested parties. Prepare reports and present Openspace’s ESG progress and performance at internal and external meetings.

**ESG Opportunities and Thought Leadership**

Contribute to identifying and developing investable ESG opportunities in line with Openspace's investment mandates. Drive thought leadership within Openspace and the broader industry, representing the firm at ESG-related conferences and professional events.

**Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Engagement**
- Lead community engagement initiatives to align with Openspace’s ESG goals and values.

**Project and Resource Management**

Oversee the timely execution of ESG initiatives, monitoring progress against commitments and standards. Manage ESG budgets and resources to maximize impact and efficiency.

**Regulatory Compliance and Documentation**
- Draft and manage legal and contractual documents for ESG activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand ESG factors impacting business activities.
