Executive Assistant to CEO

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work closely and effectively with CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Provide gatekeeper role to the CEO.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on issues and concerns, as assigned by CEO, assisting in determination of appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Maintain high-level understanding of interdepartmental process as to assist in facilitating appropriate communication.
- Maintain basic knowledge of day-to-day processes of departments under the CEO, to assist in resourcing as needed.
- Maintain effective relationships and communications with departments outside of the Office of the CEO.
- Coordinate budget activity through tracking, reconciling and processing: payment requests, credit card purchases, reimbursement claims and budget reports.
- Perform other tasks as may be necessary to facilitate the work of the CEO.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field
- Detailed oriented, organized with proven ability to do multi-tasking.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and preference for collaboration with proven success working with others; ability to work with high profile individuals externally, as well as collaborate internally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Proven analytical and problem solving abilities,
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
