Manager/senior Manager Marketing Events

The Manager /Senior Manager, Marketing Events & Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and engage prospective families to enrol in the school. This role will lead and execute the school’s marketing events strategy, focusing on in-person, hybrid, and online events, and manage strategic partnerships with chambers, associations, and other local organizations.
Main Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic events marketing plan to engage new families and student prospects to the school, meeting lead generation targets and goals.
- Lead and execute the school’s marketing events strategy, focusing on in-person, hybrid, and online events.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, including pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event analysis and reporting.
- Curate engaging and unique experiences for prospects, ensuring memorable and seamless customer experiences.
- Source, negotiate, and drive marketing and event opportunities with third parties, chambers, associations, and other partners.
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships.
Strategic Partnerships
- Lead and execute the school’s strategic partnerships with chambers, associations, and other local organizations.
- Source, negotiate, and drive marketing and event opportunities with partners.
- Provide strategic recommendations for driving marketing impact and ROI through partnerships.
Marketing Operations & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate finance and budgeting processes, ensuring the budget tracker is updated in line with finance team reporting cycles.
- Manage relationships and coordination with third-party vendors.
- Monitor and organize marketing assets to ensure sufficient inventory for marketing needs.
- Work closely with various departments (e.g., Admissions, academics, business development) and stakeholders to achieve enrolment goals.

Position Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events or Communications or in a related field is required.
- Minimum 7years of experience being a Marketing and Events Manager, preferably in the Education or relevant industry.
- Superb data analytical, people, and project management skills.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working in a school and education environment is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
