We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Head of Distribution Support.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team that provides direct support to distribution channels in delivering financial targets and ensuring that business strategies are well planned and executed
- Strategize and translate initiatives into an operating plan which involves review of the FTE capacity, incentive framework, leads quality, sales conversion rates in order to drive adoption and success
- Establish performance objectives, and address gaps as necessary
- Ensure robust and high quality monitoring and management of sales performance and productivity, and establish appropriate success metrics
- Support P&L planning including management of budgets/ expenses, headcounts
- Lead distribution-wide projects to drive synergy and operational efficiency while ensuring business readiness across the sales channels
- Constantly review sales processes and seek alternatives to increase efficiency and/or reduce operational costs.
- Optimize the usage of sales tools and capabilities to support business growth
- Continuously identify, share and inject local and global best practices to improve and innovate sales activity management

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- University degree or master’s degree in Accountancy, Business, statistics, computing or a related quantitative discipline
- Prior experience in sales management, strategic business support, management information as well as strong knowledge of financial products and services is required
- Exposure to business areas which are commercial oriented and bottom line-driven
- Proficient in data management and analytical tools and software
- A team player who can influence key stakeholders and is highly numerate, analytical and possess strong commercial acumen and drive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with Senior Management
