Head of Segment Distribution, Iapac

We are seeking a strategic and growth leader to join our Management team in Industrial Solutions APAC (IAPAC). As the Head of Segment Distribution IAPAC, you will play a crucial role to drive customer centricity across the Business Area to position ContiTech as the preferred partner of choice in the industrial market, develop and execute segment strategies to support business goals, lead growth activities in selected countries and channels, and ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
The scope, tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- **Strategy**:Develops and implements segment strategies, periodically reviews and presents plans to stakeholders, and adapts strategies to future technologies and business environments.
- **Representation of the Business Area**:Represents the segment to major stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
- **Financial Performance**:Leads the business to achieve budget and planned KPI targets, including volume, sales, growth, MOS, and EBIT.
- **Management**:Leads organizational changes, evaluates segment results, ensures organizational policy implementation, and aligns with other segments, central and Sector functions.
- **Leadership**:Builds and leads a diverse, motivated team, develop team members, and manage performance transparently and proactively.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensures adherence to quality standards and guidelines, and maintain compliance with legal requirements.
- **Entrepreneurial Responsibility**:Achieves budget and strategy plans, ensure operations comply with laws and regulations, and review P&L to define actions.
