**About the role**

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting design projects. This is a part time position with additional commission salary to base added in offer.

**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively identify and qualify new business prospects in Singapore and globally.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and contracts for interior and lighting projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- In person meetings and presentations with clients and contractors
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to successful closure
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of projects and exceptional client experiences
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's business development and growth initiatives

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the design industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and principles
- Proficiency with design programs like AutoCAD and InDesign is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $1,600.00 per month
