Junior Desktop Support Engineer Needed

Job description
- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.
- Problem identification, diagnosis, and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
- Support desktops, notebooks, printers, and other hardware components.
**- Experience in IPad, iOS, MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred**
- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.
- Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and IMAC Services.
- Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
- Involved in projects such as migration, relocation, and hardware refresh.
- May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.
- 1 year related IT support experience.
- Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 6 pm
- Location: West/Central

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,700.00 per month
