*Working Days:* 5-day work week

*Salary Range:* $2,200 – $3,000

*Job Scope*

  • Provide basic IT support to end-users (hardware, software, printers, and network issues).

  • Set up, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.

  • Assist with user accounts, email, and access support.

  • Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate when necessary.

  • Keep records of support requests and solutions.

  • Support IT team in system rollouts, upgrades, and office IT needs.

*Requirements*

  • At least 2 years of experience in desktop support / IT helpdesk.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Willing to learn – training will be provided.
