**Regional Marketing Manager** to join our dynamic team.

**How can you make an impact?**
- The Regional Marketing Manager is an analytical, process-driven, and multi-dimensional marketer with experience across a broad spectrum of marketing functions. This role will build and lead a team of Marketing Specialists to support Customer Marketing, Sales, and Finance business partners across
**Asia**.

As a member of the regional leadership team, you will be a thought leader continuously driving improvement and strategies that maximize revenue growth.
- Partner with Customer Marketing and Sales teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact campaigns that drive revenue across Asia.
- Develop reporting and analytics to provide key insights that improve the efficacy of campaigns
- Lead digital marketing specialists to help attract and retain customers, and then drive revenue.
- Leverage website and eCommerce development capabilities to improve sales efficiency, conveying key value propositions and allowing customers to learn basics information about McGraw Hill's products
- Partner with Customer Marketing teams to develop a data driven view of competitive positioning and price for all key products and countries in Asia.
- Continuously refine and validate pricing data and methodology to ensure proper positioning that reflects customer perception and maximizes margin.
- Using an in-depth understanding of reporting and analytics across Marketo, SFDC, IP1 and other systems, develop a rigorous framework for developing value-added initiatives to drive revenue and efficiency.

**Key competencies required for this role**:

- BA degree preferably in business and/or marketing
- Minimum of 8 years Marketing experience with 3 years leading teams
- Knowledge of social media marketing to drive B2C channels, especially in the student space
- Experience working with US and International privacy legislation including GDPR and consumer privacy laws
- Exceptional attention to detail and great communication skills, including grammar and copywriting
- Experience in HTML coding, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics
- Experience developing and managing projects across all stages
