As they continue to expand their market reach, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to join their team. **The Role**: As the Regional Marketing Manager for the South East Asia region, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and partners across the region, while contributing to the company's global marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement physical and digital marketing campaigns targeting existing and new clients in the South East Asia region - Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and execute worldwide marketing initiatives for regional impact - Manage lead generation activities and nurture high-quality leads to support sales targets - Oversee the quality and growth of the customer database in CRM, working closely with local sales and business development teams - Organize and manage various marketing events, including seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows - Analyze campaign effectiveness using various analytical tools and adjust strategies accordingly - Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI - Collaborate with distribution partners to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms - Contribute creative ideas for innovative marketing approaches in both physical and digital realms **Required Skills and Experience**: - Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant scientific field (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Food, or Agricultural Sciences) - At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing; preferabley in the scientific industry or in high quality B2B product marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Analytics - Ability to travel within the South East Asia region - Self-motivated with a dynamic personality and ability to work independently - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilitiesAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment "Data provided is for recruitment purposes only."
