Assistant Director

**“ASSISTANT DIRECTOR -PART-TIME (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING "WINES")** Asia Wine Network Pte Ltd (AWN Singapore) is seeking a driven "WINE LOVER" to assist Director for WINE Business Development & Marketing. You will be responsible to assist the Director for driving new business growth and spearheading innovative marketing strategies to further strengthen our position as a leading wine distribution company in SINGAPORE. **Key responsibilities** - Assist in Identifying and Sourcing new business opportunities with NEW potential customers : (1) F&B ESTABLISHMENTS including restaurants, bars, hotels, prestigious Clubs (2) Corporations & Events - Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our wine portfolio - Assist Director in building and maintaining strong relationships with mainly new potential & existing clients - Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in wine-related events, wine tasting, wine-pairing dinners and certain networking functions - Able to assist Director in the development & marketing with follow-up of full customer services to F&B Clienteles with provision assistance to them on suitable wine selections, wine advises on the design & formulation on the wine menus for F&B clienteles (if needed) after wine contract secured - Achieving monthly & quarterly KPI **What we're looking for** - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role, preferably in the wine distribution or F&B industry - Wine Knowledge with WSET I & II CERTIFICATES is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft & Excel) and familiar with design software, Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus - Strong understanding of the wine industry, including product knowledge, distribution channels, and market dynamics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively source & make arrangement of meeting with potential customers - Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment & must be customer oriented & cheerful personality - Fluency in English and Chinese, with additional language skills an advantage - Enjoy innovative lifestyle & passionate about wines - Must be Self-Driven & Motivated in sourcing of new customer base - Ability to work independently - Able to handle criticisms to implements suggestions for improvement **What we offer** - Attractive salary package : Fixed Gross (or) Attractive Hourly Rate + Performance Incentive - 15 to 20 Working Hours Per Week - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement - Collaborative and supportive team culture - Work-life balance initiatives **About us** With over 30 years of wine excellence, Asia Wine Network Pte Ltd (AWN) is a leading established & trusted wine distribution company serving mainly Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
