Supporting the development, review, and implementation of innovative data strategies for Keppel Group’s portfolio of assets
- Working in partnership with business teams and portfolio managers to identify opportunities to source and utilize data that can drive growth and productivity
- Gathering, evaluating and unifying requirements from key stakeholders of the asset management division to define performance indicators and quality metrics
- Facilitating stakeholders in identifying technology challenges and supporting them in defining project requirements
- Summarizing and communicating requirements to internal or external technical development teams, while supporting them with feedback and managing stakeholder expectations during implementation
- Preparing, consolidating and presenting periodic reports to key stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A curious data enthusiast with a passion for strategy, technology and problem solving
- Degree in business, real estate, engineering or equivalent disciplines (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a role with exposure to data and insights
- Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management experience
- Strategic and critical thinking mindset with ability to articulate concepts, strategies and challenges to business and technology teams
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data lifecycle and data management techniques
- Self-starter having the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent business reporting and Powerpoint presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation software such as Power BI preferred.
