Marketing Intern

LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy consulting firm which specialises in providing consulting services to SMEs to drive decision making. We provide SMEs with quality business advisory services to help them alleviate their pain points and seize business opportunities.

We are currently seeking an intern who will assume a key role in our consultancy firm by acting as a liaison between our company and our esteemed clients, providing crucial support and guidance. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping us successfully introduce our house brand to the market and create a memorable customer experience.

This incumbent will seconded to our clients for operational immersion and support.

Projected Responsibilities:
**Marketing Support for Catalogue**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and visuals for the house brand catalogue.
- Help in crafting compelling product descriptions and showcasing the unique selling points of our house brand items.

**Website Enhancement and Customer Experience**:

- Contribute to improving the company website to ensure it reflects the essence of our new house brand.
- Suggest and implement creative ideas to enhance the user experience and streamline the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement changes and updates.

**Kitchen Tour Booklet**:

- Take an active role in developing a comprehensive and visually appealing kitchen tour booklet.
- Work with the content team to create engaging narratives and captivating visuals that highlight the features of our house brand's kitchen products.
- Support the production process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.

**Vending Machine Project**:

- Participate in the planning and execution of the vending machine project for our house brand.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify suitable locations and strategize on maximizing visibility and impact.
- Assist in promotional activities and social media campaigns related to the vending machine initiative.

**Social Media and Influencer Marketing**:

- Contribute to the creation and scheduling of social media content that showcases our house brand and engages the target audience.
- Help identify potential influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our house brand across various social media platforms.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events related to the house brand launch.
- Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event logistics and brand representation.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to the marketing team.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrolment in a relevant marketing, business, or hospitality-related degree program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.

Location : Office location is mainly at Pandan Loop (nearest MRT is Clementi MRT)
