Sales Engineer/sales Executive

We are looking for a sales engineer to handles our Sales and Marketing for Soil Tech Lab. The Sales Engineer's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.
To be successful as a sales engineer, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- To handle all aspects of Sales and Marketing strategy, including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities for
1-Soil, Rock & Aggregate Testing-Lab
2- In-situ Site Testing Sand Replacement, Site CBR, Plate Loading Test &
3- Pile Testing (PDA & PIT)
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer base
- Establish and maintain good rapport with clients through active follow-ups and regular sales visit
- Act as the customers’ main point of contact, by liaising closely with internal departments to ensure that their queries, problems, or issues are dealt with appropriately, and provide excellent services to customers
- Monthly Sales reporting and performance review
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or any Sales related (preferably in the field of Civil Engineering/ Construction/ Testing)
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of sales experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good Connection/ Industrial Knowledge of Civil Engineering Works
- Possesses valid class 3 driving license with own car (preferred)
- Must be willing to make cold calls
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good track record of previous sales/marketing achievement is value added
