HR Generalist Support

The primary focus of the HR Generalist is to administer various corporate human resource functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Expatriate Management, Training and Business partnering with stakeholders.
**Responsibilities & Requirements**
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Support
- Support the end to end recruitment process across local full time, contract, temporary, internship hiring
Business Partnering Support
- Understand business needs and value add on proposed decision on human capitals
- Performance Management
- Talent Management
- Retention strategy
- Voice of Engagement
Learning, Training & Development Administration
- Administer all training programmes including funding matters and documentation.
- Facilitate and conduct new hire induction and orientation programme
- Annual certification and documentation of training programmes
- Programme evaluation and annual review
Expatriate Management
- Responsible for administration of expatriates, ensure timely processing of employment pass to tie with the smooth arrival and departure of expatriates.
- Liaise and coordinate with agents for expatriates’ accommodation
Compensation and Benefit
- Liaise with outsourced payroll provider on all payroll related issues and payments
- Review annual group insurance policies
- Support forecast, annual budget exercises, generate local staff salary & bonus figures etc
Compliance/ Administration
- Reviewing of HRGA policies and procedures
- Follow through on all audit findings and ensure full compliance
- Office lease and building facilities management
- Review & renew General Office Insurance policies
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly HQ reports, Regulatory surveys, management reports etc
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and market practices
- Integrity and accuracy are required when handling compensation and benefits.
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin language (role required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
