Role Overview:
We are looking for a Pricing Manager APAC, who will be responsible for all things pricing. This means developing and implementing pricing strategies for new products and services, providing pricing guidance for large deals, delivering monthly pricing update to Sales Leadership, and promoting our CPQ pricing tool. Reporting to the Global Director Pricing and Analytics, you will become part of the global GREIF Marketing team.

Within this role, you will lead pricing activities for APAC region and be the main contact person for all matters of pricing. You will be in frequent contact with our sales, finance, sourcing and senior management teams and periodically with external customers.

This is a challenging but rewarding role within a multinational environment, that will see you work with all our Sales and Commercial stakeholders regionally.

Typical Accountabilities:
Deal Pricing:
- Provide pricing guidance for large deals by working closely with sales teams, evaluating local competitive situation and available manufacturing capacity- Support Key Account team with quotation process and participate in customer negotiations as needed- Review CPQ quotes requiring pricing approval- Closely track market feedback and competitor pricing, share insights internally

Pricing Strategies:
- Utilize CPQ and price optimization software to implement pricing strategies that support local business growth- Regularly review target margins by product, customer, industry, and geography segment- Work closely with Innovation and Product Management team to develop pricing strategy for new solutions and investments

Continuous improvement:
- Assess internal processes for price setting in collaboration with local stakeholders- Work together with internal audit and global pricing team to establish standard operating procedures for price implementation and periodic price adjustments in APAC region- Regularly converse with local commercial teams to evaluate their CPQ experience and gather ideas for further enhancing tools’ capabilities- Lead implementation of additional CPQ modules (rebates, contract management etc.)- Represent APAC region for other commercial tool development needs (PowerBI, CRM)

Pricing Process:
- Monitor movement of raw material indices, transportation and other cost inflation and provide monthly repricing guidance to sales leadership- Act as a regional champion for CPQ and pricing processes. Work with local sales teams to drive high adoption rate, provide training as required.

**Requirements**:- Demonstrated experience in pricing or revenue management- Demonstrated ability to drive change and partner with the business- Experience with CPQ software is considered an advantage- A clear and confident communicator- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
