As a member of our family-owned business, you will foster the development of Heinemann’s footprint within the Asia Pacific region. You will support the Director, Corporate Strategy and Business Development in tender submissions, identifying and analysing business opportunities across the Region. Your new job includes
- support tender negotiations and end-to-end tender process for all business opportunities within the Asia Pacific region, ensuring that we meet various stakeholders’ expectations.
- evaluate and analyse potential market investment options, market trends and review business models to elevate Heinemann’s status within the Travel Retail industry.
- assist in development of financial projections and scenario analysis to support the proposed strategies.
- collaborate and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external business partners, agencies and consultants to support business development, project management and networking initiatives.
- actively build and maintain strong partnerships with Travel Retail industry stakeholders such as airports, retailers and potential partners while also developing an actionable market intelligence database to support Heinemann’s overall business strategy.

What you should bring along
- a Degree in Business, or any related discipline with at least 5 years of practical experience in a Business Development function preferably within the Retail industry or within a Consulting firm.
- proficiency in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams.
- fluency in verbal and written English communication skills.
- strong analytical, project and time management skills and a high level of proficiency in business modelling and negotiations.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- an organised and structured approach with keen attention to details.
