**What the role is**
- Strategy Group (PMO-SG) leads and organises the Public Service to develop and implement the Government’s strategic priorities. The Human Capital (HC) team in PMO-SG strives to build and foster a high performing and engaged workforce to ensure that PMO-SG has the capability and capacity to deliver on its organisational mission and strategic goals. We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Human Capital.
**What you will be working on**
- You will join the HC team to ensure integrated HR services and solutions in support of PMO-SG’s organisational goals. Specifically, you will be part of the Capabilities and Talent Development team where you will: - Manage the various aspects of human resource functions pertaining to learning & development, career development and employee engagement;
- Strengthen the alignment of PMO-SG’s existing Learning & Development interventions with competency gap analysis, as part of PMO-SG’s transition to the competency-based HR system; and - Partner the Senior Management and line departments to plan and address their workforce capabilities needs to achieve internal transformation in support of organisational goals. This includes the development of relevant competency-building plan that will empower officers, together with their Reporting Officers and Directors, to take ownership of their development and action upon.
