The L&D team enables T&S by equipping their talent with business-centric skills so they can lead the growth of our business. The L&D team supports and accompanies employees' performance and development during different stages of their careers. We aim at:

- Be the trusted L&D strategic partner to the T&S business leaders.
- Define and roll out programs that maximize T&S business impact based on core business needs.
- Constantly assess and refine our programs based on learning effectiveness evaluations.
- Build a world-class L&D organization for T&S.

What will I be doing?
Measurement Expertise
- Develop a measurement framework for assessing the effectiveness and impact of L&D interventions.
- Demonstrate business centricity by evaluation of L&D resources against business performance priorities.
- Develop data-supported insights to communicate the effectiveness of learning interventions and propose corresponding improvement propositions.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with L&D BPs and business stakeholders in identifying business goals and learning intervention options.
- Develop and articulate relevant approaches to measuring the effectiveness of proposed learning interventions for identified business goals.
- Team with stakeholders business pillars and L&D support functions in identifying relevant tools and data sources required for identified measurement approach.

Engagement Competencies
- Establish regular interlocks with regional L&D teams and BPs to build consistency in measurement approaches, learning intervention effectiveness, and stakeholder messaging.
- Articulate identified data-supported insights and value learning propositions that co-relate to business priorities.
- Build knowledge-sharing forums for the L&D community on the importance of aligning learning measurement approaches with business priorities and best practices adoption.

What should I bring with me?
- Degree in a field emphasizing analyzing, displaying, or reporting on people-related data in organizations (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Statistics, People Analytics, etc.)
- 8-10 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative people research in the L&D space in organizational or consulting environments, working with key stakeholders and businesses to understand and clarify their business L&D requirements, and communicating analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with conducting program evaluation research.
- Knowledge of data visualization principles.
- Experience in working with learning business partners and senior leadership teams.
