**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to influence product design, implementation, and enhancements, with a focus on supporting testability and quality
- Create and review QE team test strategy and take ownership of QE team initiative
- Guide and review junior QE work
- Create test plans, execute functional, non-functional, and regression tests
- Manage summary reports and bug list to influence and improve the quality of the product
- Contributes to the development of test, frameworks, tools and infrastructure to enable test automation, CI/CD and code quality
- Provide technical feedback, guidance, and mentoring to other quality engineers, fostering their professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in automation testing, utilizing industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Strong experience in QA planning, coordination and execution within an Agile environment
- Proficiency in frontend and backend test automation, including the use of relevant tools and technologies
- Solid understanding of API and web services (REST/SOAP/XML) and the ability to develop and maintain API integration tests
- Previous experience integrating to continuous delivery and integration pipelines
- Experience with performance testing and the ability to identify and resolve performance-related issues
- Demonstrable ability to work under deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
