Workshop Office Admin Assistant

**Job Summary**
Daily office operation tasks including invoice checking, payments and suppliers coordination.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attending daily clerical and admin support.
- Answering phone calls, manage correspondence and handle enquires.
- Assist Tech Executive in tracking customers’ bookings schedule and coordinating appointments.
- Assist accounts payable tasks checking delivery invoices and customers billing.
- Prepare payment for approval and liaise with Suppliers when necessary.
- Ad-hoc duties related to Workshop Office operation.
- Maintain a tidy and organised environment.
**Requirements**:
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Able to multi-task and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
- Team work spirit
- Prior administrative or office role is a plus
