**Operations and Administrative Support**
- Provides daily administrative support to the Marketing & Ops department
- Ensure proper documentation storage in both hard and digital copies.
- Assist in generating of report to the management for daily review
- Prepares meeting agendas and taking minutes of meeting.
- Assist and support the company in annual / regular audits by all government related agencies and company auditors.
- Ensure privacy are comply when handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Assist in booking of event, venue, travel arrangement and setting up of venue for the company marketing activities and both internal and external event etc.

**Resource Management**
- Monitor and ensure proper allocation and utilization of office and clinical resources
- Ensure replenishment of medical supplies are done on the regular basis to equip operation with sufficient supplies.
- Conduct regular check and ensure all equipment and facilities are in good condition for office and clinical operations.
- Keep track on the maintenance records of equipment and liaise with vendor for regular servicing and calibration
- Assist in managing the IT asset inventory list and record.

**Sales & Marketing Support**
- Assist in daily tracking on responds to customers and their enquiries via various social media and google platforms
- Keeping track on the movement of clinical appointments and patient turn-up rate for Management report
- Assist and participate in internal and external Marketing and Communication activities

**Other**
- Flexible to work in the weekend as and when required, e.g. events, facility maintenance, operations.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and above in marketing
- Minimum 2 years' related experiences in clinical operations or **marketing administration**.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish communication with all levels
- Proactive, Resourceful and keen to learn to enhance personal skills and knowledge.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office and IT setting and setup
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
