About the role:
PRISM+ is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to lead the digital transformation and drive the company's digital strategy. As the Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives. You will oversee all digital marketing activities, including e-commerce, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising. This is a high-level strategic role that requires a strong understanding of digital technologies and a track record of driving digital innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead digital transformation efforts across the entire organisation
- Set and implement digital and data direction
- Develop and execute the company's digital strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective execution of digital campaigns and initiatives
- Optimize e-commerce platforms for maximum conversion and customer satisfaction
- Implement data-driven digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using digital analytics tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies and initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into the overall marketing and business strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation and delivering business results
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing technologies
- Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of the digital trends
