**Job Overview**:
As the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Gene Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all aspects of company operations and ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and goals.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the vision and goals set by the Board of Directors.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and market growth to enhance the company's competitive position.
- Operational Oversight: Provide effective leadership to all departments and functional areas, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to enhance the company's reputation and goodwill.
- People Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of executives and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks to protect the interests of the company and its stakeholders.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Communication and Representation: Serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the company, representing its interests in external forums and engagements. Performance Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the company's performance and progress towards strategic goals, reporting regularly to the Board of Directors.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior managerial role within the biotechnology or AI industry.
- Demonstrable experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the company vision.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management principles, and regulatory requirements in the AI and biotechnology fields.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive team cohesion and inspire performance.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, including excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Science, or any related field.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for innovation and problem-solving.
- Expertise in navigating the challenges and opportunities at the intersection of AI and Drug discovery.
- Experience in raising funds, managing investor relations, and corporate financing.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and multinational enterprises.
