Buying a policy without fully understanding what it covers you for and how it fits into your portfolio is more common than you think. They understand that insurance is undeniably important. But even more important is understanding how the policy benefits you in times of need. Hence, they are on a mission to improve the financial literacy of you and me in a fun, interactive way. They are an InsurTech company that empowers users to start their financial journey through gamified reward-based learning. Using the platform’s technology, you will be able to manage your insurance digitally, whenever you need, wherever you are.

They are looking for a CEO to join their expanding business. You will be the principal officer for the brokerage business, managing the P&L of the business, including budgets, reporting and resource plans, with a focus on driving revenue, profit growth and managing costs. **Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for user acquisition and customer retention to drive the growth of Company.
- Accountable for all operations and customer service - drive key workstreams including product, marketing, business development and operations.
- Understand how to leverage on data to improve business performance.
- Develop strategic partnerships for insurance distribution.
- Oversee all legal and regulatory documents filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Oversee and lead the quarterly and annual audits.
- Hire, mentor and manage team members against company growth and success objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Conditional upon successfully obtaining MAS’ approval of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director positions as applied under the “APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OR DIRECTOR UNDER SECTION 35ZJ OF THE INSURANCE ACT” form
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an insurance role
- Prior experience leading as a CEO/ GM or functional leadership role
- Direct experience managing the marketing function, with a deep understanding of brand building, user acquisition, best practices in engagement and retention of customers (end-to-end), execution of win-back strategies
- An experienced P&L leader who can successfully define and implement winning strategies with the ability to prioritize and balance cross-functional teams to create and deliver an ongoing service that consumers love
