PRISM+ is the largest Singaporean direct-to-consumer smart home appliances brand. Our mission is to offer cutting-edge products to the masses at affordable prices. We are seeking a Chief Digital Officer to lead the company’s digital transformation and drive the company's digital strategy. This is a strategic role that will be responsible for developing and executing digital initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital and data strategy to drive revenue growth and boost efficiency
- Lead digital transformation efforts across the entire organisation, including cross-functional collaboration to implement digital initiatives
- Lead and drive the conceptualization, development and continuous improvement of the PRISM+ Connect ecosystem of smart home devices, including the integration of IoT devices and machine learning technologies as appropriate to create new digital revenue streams and provide personalized insights and recommendations to users
- Lead and drive the development and implementation of the enterprise resource planning and data warehouse systems, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
- Manage development of data pipelines to consolidate and integrate various data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Champion the adoption of modern data tools and techniques to uncover insights, predict resource requirements, and increase customer lifetime value

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation and technology-related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation and delivering business results
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of the digital trends
