**Job Title**: Operations Intern

**Job Type**: 3 - 6 months paid Internship

**Reports To**: Facility Manager

**Role Purpose**: To assist in the management and execution of Cove's Operations, comprising of facilities management processes and property audits, to ensure operational efficiency. Touch base with all operations teams such as tenant experience, customer satisfaction, and operations excellence.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Operations Team on facility management and interdepartmental support.
- Coordinate and ensure that internal processes are being followed with regard to the ticketing maintenance process.
- Maintain accurate records and condition references for all Cove properties.
- Inventory management.
- On-property presence at properties will be needed on a daily basis.

**Experience and Qualifications Required**:
**Essential**
- Undergraduate degree in any field (Facility Management/Real Estate/Operations related is a bonus).
- Great spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal skill and customer-oriented approach.
- Able to work independently and be part of a team.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

**Preferred**
- Experience with Google Calendar, Google Sheets etc.
- Experience in operations/facility management.
- Interested in startup environment and tech-enabled companies.
