We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic business environment. You will work closely with the Operations team to support administrative and data-related tasks, ensuring smooth backend processes across our outlets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, file, and maintain invoices from outlets and suppliers to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval
- Assist in recording and inputting order records into internal systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Compile and enter essential operational data, including daily sales figures, transaction counts, and promotion performance metrics etc
- Support the creation and formatting of basic reports for internal review and decision-making.
- Provide occasional assistance with operational logistics, such as laminating store notices, labeling, or arranging store supplies
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Operations Admin Manager to support the broader Operations team

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with basic data input and formatting
- Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with mínimal supervision
- Good organizational and file management skills
- A proactive and hands-on attitude, with a willingness to support ad-hoc tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Must be able to commit for 3-6 months
