**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Network Project Delivery Intern**to support our telecommunications project delivery efforts across the ASEAN region. This internship is designed for students or fresh graduates in engineering or related fields who are interested in telecom operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination Support**
- Assist the Network Team’s project delivery unit in tracking and coordinating ongoing telecom projects across the ASEAN region.
- Support project documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions with internal stakeholders.
- **Cross-Department Liaison**
- Coordinate with internal teams including the Solutions, Outbound Business, and Cloud-Network teams to facilitate end-to-end project execution.
- Help prepare procurement requests and monitor delivery timelines and project milestones.
- **Operations & Cost Support**
- Assist the Cost Operations team with data entry of leased resource information and verification of related payment records.
- Help in submitting and tracking procurement and expense items as directed.
- **Administrative Tasks**
- Support the maintenance of project records, reports, and workflow documents.
- Complete other assignments as required by the department.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Internet, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.

**Preferred Skills & Knowledge**
- Basic understanding of telecom networks, communication protocols, or project delivery processes is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a bonus.

**Language Skills**
- Strong communication skills in both **Chinese and English**(written and verbal); must be able to coordinate with China-based teams and clients.
