**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Operations & IT Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in both IT and operations, including system installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and deployments. You will work closely with our IT and operations teams, supporting day-to-day tasks and learning valuable skills that will set you up for a successful career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the installation, setup, and maintenance of IT systems and hardware.
- Help with basic systems administration tasks, including working with Windows and Linux servers.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, or networks.
- Communicate technical information clearly to end-users in both verbal and written formats.
- Assist with research and implementation of improvements to streamline operations and IT support.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software-related issues.
- Help with documenting IT procedures and creating user guides for internal use.
- Support with minor tasks related to electrical wiring, carpentry, and metal fabrication (preferred, not required).

**Requirements**:

- At least ITE qualification or higher in a relevant field, or currently pursuing studies in IT, operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in IT systems, technology, and operations.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear, understandable way.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with IT installations, system configurations, and basic maintenance is desirable.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an eagerness to grow professionally.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin/Chinese is preferred (high frequency in dealing and coordinating with Chinese-speaking clients and vendors).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to IT installation and repair tasks.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Jira.
- An interest in learning new technologies and tools.
