Our team works on trust and allows you the autonomy to proactively engage with customers, or do your best work in operations. - Key Responsibilities - Engage and delight our customers from the first day they join Circular. - Specifically for Customer Success: - Support our customers with enquiries or challenges and make them feel confident in their transition to subscriptions. - Oversee and manage pickup and delivery of products to and from customers. - Represent the Circular brand and build genuine customer loyalty. - Specifically for Operations (Subscription/ Asset): - Analyse and monitor operational KPIs. - Coordinate with our teams to identify opportunities in user growth. - Represent the Circular brand and build our operations towards a more streamlined customer experience. - Requirements - Strong initiative and sound judgement - Ability to pick up on tools quickly - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciples. - Self-motivated and drive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up - For Customer Success: - Able to demonstrate ability to handle dynamic servicing situations - Genuine empathy and people skills.
