Key Role Description

The Admin Associate will work on duties related to general office administration inclusive of processing and verifying of invoices, vendor management and provision of administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer.


Main duties include:

- Manage corporate service’s office duties (eg Pantry, Stationary, Mails, etc)
- Upkeep of office maintenance and cleanliness
- Process in tax invoices and claims
- Provide meeting coordination and logistic (for eg, room set up, food catering, etc)
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, scanning of documents, reports compilation, raising purchase requisitions, etc
- Scheduling and administrative support for Senior Management Team
- Wellness for the Corporate Service department (eg On-boarding/Off-boarding matters, Birthdays, Congratulation hampers, Get well hampers, Festival celebrations arrangement etc)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

- Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Ability to start immediately would be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to learn, Problem solver and takes ownership in the work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
