Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House (FOH) Service Roamer to deliver an exceptional customer experience at Five Iron Golf Singapore. You’ll play a dynamic role in managing front desk operations, guiding customers, handling food and beverage services, and ensuring our golf simulators run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk Management:

- Greet and welcome customers warmly.
- Create and manage bookings using our booking software.

2. Customer Service:

- Provide guided tours of the facility.
- Assist customers with golf simulator setup and usage.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

3. Membership Management:

- Organize and manage the bag room efficiently.
- Retrieve golf bags for members as needed.
- Build rapport with members by remembering their preferences and names.

4. Golf Simulators:

- Ensure customers enjoy a seamless golf experience.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on simulators.
- Verify that technology systems are operating effectively.

5. Food and Beverage Service:

- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and bus tables routinely.
- Provide menu recommendations when required.

Job Requirements:

- Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience is encouraged but NOT required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with booking systems and basic tech troubleshooting.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts.

Advantageous Skills:

- Knowledge of golf and simulator technology
- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service
- Barista skills
- Bartending skills
- Basic IT technical troubleshooting skills
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean)
- First Aid or Food Handling certification

Working Hours:

- Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Work schedule is 5 days per week with a 9-hour straight shift, including breaks.
- Shifts are primarily focused on nights and weekends.
- Weekly hours may vary based on operational needs.
