Marketing Manager/team Lead

**A day in the life**:

- Drive the overall tone in relation to the Company’s Brand Positioning for content creation.
- Work closely with the design lead and product owners to manage the creation of digital and offline content, and content strategies
- Provide content marketing support for website, social media, press release, blogs, articles and/or suggestions
- Implement content marketing strategies across the organisation, communicate with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of their needs and objectives
- Develop marketing plans, including creating an advertising budget, and timeline for implementation
- Analyse data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Involved in the overall success of eazy’s branding and marketing strategy
- Work together with the management team in ensuring the success of each team members’ career progression

**What you need**:

- At least 6 years of relevant industry work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in managing a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related communications field
- A strong command of English and keen interest in content writing so as to liaise with stakeholders
- Knowledge of SEO Content Writing, marketing automation tools, MarTech platform experience, and Google Analytics is preferred
- Project management skills and managing the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment, with focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
