**Job Type**:Full-Time

The Marketing Associate is involved in collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

This position bridges the gap between marketing and sales by supporting marketing campaigns, generating sales leads and developing materials that enable the sales team to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand sales goals and develop marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.
- Assist the sales team in preparing meetings with marketing collaterals.
- Assist in creating and implementing lead generation campaigns that support the sales team's efforts to bring in new prospects.
- Help qualify leads by gathering information on potential clients and directing them to the appropriate sales team member for follow-up.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Local Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, willing to learn and create marketing content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously as necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing and sales field.

**Opportunities for Growth**:
As a Marketing Associate, there are opportunities to expand into more senior marketing or sales roles, including Marketing Manager, Sales Manager or Digital Marketing Executive, depending on performance and career aspirations.

**Working Environment**:

- Based in an office environment but may involve occasional travel for meetings, events or marketing campaign launches.
- Standard office working hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,800.00 per month
