About the role

Are you passionate about investment/Wealth management and eager to join a leading global financial institution? HSBC, one of the world's largest banking and financial services organizations, is seeking an Wealth Management Associate to join our team in the City Centre region. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in helping our clients achieve their financial goals through tailored investment solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide investment advisory services to high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial objectives and risk appetite to develop personalized investment strategies
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities aligned with client needs
  • Actively monitor client portfolios, making timely recommendations to rebalance and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end wealth management solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices to enhance the client experience

What we're looking for


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with clients


• Thorough understanding of financial markets, investment products and portfolio management principles


• Relevant professional qualifications such as the CFA or FRM would be an advantage


• Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional client service


• Candidates without prior experience may also apply and full training will be provided
