**Key Responsibilities**
- Directly responsible for origination, structuring and execution of fund financing for financial sponsors in Asia Pacific time zone. Position will manage existing fund finance product members to drive incremental fund financing pipeline and execution excellence to meet all quantitative and qualitative P/L targets and KPIs
- Support Group Head in building industry-leading fund finance platform to become tier 1 player in the region
- Lead development of next generation fund finance products (including NAV and Lenders Financing) including creation of APAC origination and risk acceptance guidelines and implementation of asset-based lending technology for APAC under FFG.
- Identify and generate cross-sell opportunities - specifically fund FX - to increase deal-based ROE and contribute to broader client account ROE
- Oversight on all executions and manage client expectations (including troubleshooting) throughout deal execution phase and conduct post-closing deal reviews
- Proactively seek for improvements in business efficiency and lead associated internal initiatives as well as conducting business, regulatory, policy or risk driven reportings
- Lead marketing strategy and dedicated product-based account planning for sponsors in conjunction with the global sponsor coverage and other product teams
- [10-15] years of direct experience at leading financial institutions in fund finance and/or securitization (asset-based lending)
- Broad experiences with financial sponsors while exposure to leveraged finance, structured finance (infra, real estate, etc.), M&A or other financing/advisory work involving financial sponsors would be a plus
- University graduate or MBA with strong academic background
- Deep financial market experience and demonstrated financial/risk analysis, and marketing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset to bring new ideas and convert into specific business ideas including ability to rationalize and convince internal stakeholders - both senior management and working level
- Ability to draft or guide the drafting of internal discussion/credit papers, marketing pitches, etc.
