**Incident & Problem Manager**
- Lead the change management process when new initiatives, systems, or processes are implemented in an organisation. This involves planning, communicating, training, and supporting employees through the change.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify how proposed changes will impact current people, processes, and technology.
- Develop change management strategies and plans to mitigate risks, address impacts, and ensure smooth adoption of changes.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills to adopt changes.
- Document and disseminate change communications to inform and engage employees throughout the process.
- Monitor change progress and gather stakeholder feedback to identify adoption issues and resistance.
- Modify change plans as needed and take corrective actions to keep implementation on track.
- Report on change management metrics like training completion, user adoption, productivity impacts etc. to leadership.
- Build relationships with change sponsors, project teams, managers and end-users to facilitate the change.
- Provide coaching and counselling to employees to support them through the change journey.

**Secondary responsibility: Release management**
- Maintain release documentation including planning documents, release notes, configuration details etc.
- Monitor release processes and track progress using tools like release dashboards. Identify risks or issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with release processes, checkpoints, quality gates and entry/exit criteria through each stage.
- Continuously improve release management processes by analysing metrics, incorporating best practices and automating manual tasks.
- Conduct post release reviews and create reports on release performance, quality, metrics etc. for future improvements.

**Tertiary responsibility: Tableau Dashboard Admin**
- Manage user access and permissions for Tableau dashboards and the corresponding data sources, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Monitor the usage and performance of Tableau Dashboards.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on dashboard usage. Performance metrics, and user feedback.
- Recommend and implement improvements on monitoring and reporting insights.
- Provide support to Tableau users, including troubleshooting issues and answering queries.

**Other details**:

- Same person to do these with max time spent on primary responsibility. Rest of the time spent on secondary & tertiary responsibilities.
- No shift work but there may be some weekends support required. With appropriate comp off.
